Crawfish 101
We stopped at a seafood store in Folsom for some fresh tuna to put on the grill for our final shared meal. As soon as the owners learned our group was from Colorado they popped boiled crawfish up on the counter and gave everyone a lesson in peeling the tails and sucking the crawfish heads. Fabulous photo op, of course!
