Mouser G

It is so wonderful if and when one can discover his/her special purpose. What revelations, what liberation, what empowerment!!!!!
G caught his first mouse. (Kit may have done the actual catching, we don't know but suspect a teamish-effort, however G was very proud to take credit here in the photo op)

let the killing begin. Cats are killing machines. That is not a pesky house mouse, but a natural citizen in the area. They kill everything smaller than themselves. Personally, I'd rather have the mouse.
"John" as in John Colley? Sounds like your delivery.
The mice are at near plague proportions here this summer, especially up in the chalets, where one neighbor reported putting out a bucket of water one night to drown the ones that climbed in...she emptied 40 dead mice the next morning! That's one good thing about living down here without trees, no pinon nuts on the ground to attract all the rodents. They think this is one of the causes of the mouse-explosion, the great pinon crop last fall.
