Sharing School Community
To see more pics from our opening day at Crestone Charter School check out their blog--it's linked here. Here's Jaime Rudoff--totally amazing support at work and a friend besides. His daughter, Elise, will be doing a web development mentorship with Jay this year. Jaime designed and made the school sign we are standing next to. The beautiful Glam girl is Ella Jepson, daughter of Jason and Abba who installed our new solar system last summer. The jumping boy at recess is Kielou (might not have spelled that correctly) who is the son of Thomas Cleary, one of my coworkers and the Outdoor Ed instructor for our school. And here is a picture of Jay and me with a school mother and grandmother, holding plums sent to share with the school on opening day by a former CCS family now living in Boulder. The plums are from a tree in their new front yard. Summer's greening work is done and we are all now ready for a new season, new year and new many adventures.
