Birthday Dinner
I celebrated my birthday with friends for dinner. The theme was courage and fear! The meal was amazing with potlucks of moussaka, crab cakes, homemade sushi and death by chocolate cake. And lots of wine. Before leaving, Jay pulled out "The Raven" and we passed it around the table, each reading a stanza. I'm thankful for the intimacy of so many good friends, the mirror of partnership in rich variety, and for being 44!
