Chaco 2010
Been a while since posting pics. Was an incredible fall, brought in with a weekend in Chaco with Jay. We drove through amazing color in the Chama pass, then made the rim hike in Chaco which overlooks the ruins. A wonderful photographer artist at the night show, her work here http://raechelrunning.com/ focusing on the borderless ancient and current cultural connections between Casas Grandes pueblo culture and Chaco migrations. The night skies were brilliant, the camp kitchen was homey, and the expansion of sky and air made possible by the deep earth grounding in this holy canyon, bliss.
