In an intimate class ceremony, Finn's teacher (Charlie) advanced all the 8th grade students today. Finn got a neat "golden paddle trophy" for having bested Charlie at ping-pong this year. Kind words from friend, Jigmei Dorgi, as well as a certificate and a hug from Charlie completed the passage. Finn has a summer job washing dishes at the Desert Sage restaurant, will go to snowboard camp in Oregon for a week to advance his snowboard skills, then start high school at LINK in September. Way to go, Finn. Thanks for leading us to Crestone through your desire to be at this wonderful school, for being adventurous, courageous, and for just being you.
